What are the best aspects of this product?
We use Spreadfast for tracking social media channels for our clients. It has great interface that allows us to keep tabs on all social channels and notifies our clients when there is an issue so they can quickly fix it. We are able to keep track of how long it takes to respond to a request.

You need to take trainings in order to better understand the software and use it to its fullest.

We are abale to monitor social media interactions and to solve problems fast, and to keep track of the response time.
