PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool has all the channels into one place, it helps our team members to speed up their productivity. I love the new Planner tool and we are using it to track large campaigns across the channels. We started to use its reporting capabilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The setup of the analytics can be complicated, but I have heard that they would upgrade it soon. Also, I don’t like the delay on Twitter content, it may take 3-5minutes on average but this is very important especially if you need to exchange some information with a customers. We had some issues when running Facebook posts via this product, we don’t get analytics from Facebook, and we don’t promote posts on Facebook through Spreadfast.

We are using it to make strong editorial calendar across channels and to track customer service engagement.
