Spreadfast has great potential

What are the best aspects of this product?

Spreadfast allows us to pull data from Instagram and its platform. We are able to view Top posts based on engagement metrics which is great tool for getting quick insight especially if you need to fill the client in. We are able to send reports to our clients on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to say that the data is not always accurate. I have to pull data from various platform and from this one. Also, the product has bugs and its team change the UI but they haven’t update it yet. Additionally, what I don’t like is that the product doesn’t provide historical data. And this is something that I need most, because I have clients who want to compare the last quarter with the current one, and this is impossible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using it to pull data from social platforms so I can analyze the marketing brands for specific region. Whenever I get accurate data I am able to see who likes what and where, and the engagement on specific posts in a given time.
