What are the best aspects of this product?

Spreadfast offers great metrics capabilities, we are able to monitor users and to get productivity reports. This is great software for community managers. I like the scheduling tools. It allows me to create multiple campaigns for various regions. The customer service is great they are responsive and they act quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be buggy sometimes, it takes 24h for attaching labels to posts. It needs also 24h to pull the analytics. It can be complicated when you start with the learning curve. It would be great if they could make the platform more intuitive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is great tool for our customer service team, community managers and analysts. It helps us to get more insights from the platform and to integrate it into our system. We can easily share the assets because it has the content internally and we can even add a label to it. It is great for scheduling.
