What are the best aspects of this product?
Spreadfast is great and robust product, it has great customer service and knowledgeable service team. The team helped us to schedule contents and to keep track of the conversations across the web. This software provide us with valuable information such as what is the best time to schedule post, what time of content performs best, which channel is the best for specific content. We are able to set-up approval teams, to customize workflows and permissions. We are able to build an enterprise in order to share social media assets. With its analytics and reporting tools we are able to see how our campaigns are performing. I love the integration with Google Analytics, it allows me to see how the social communities are performing.

If you are not familiar with social media then be ready for a training course.

Great tool for publishing, listening, engaging and analytics. We are using it for linking the social conversations to employee social intranet and public communities.
