What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the way Sprinklr works is because we don’t have to upload all our content manually. It usually takes our staff 2-3 hours a day to accomplish this, which is very time-consuming and affects our productivity. The tool is so straightforward that anyone from our team can upload brand new content and respond to customer comments on our social media accounts. Every day, we tend to interact with more than a hundred customers, and we are glad that we can serve them right. In return, they give us excellent feedback, which attracts new clients in return.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They should work harder to develop their smartphone versions because we have latency issues every time we try to use this, especially when we are out of the office. Sometimes I would like to access different sites to check how our posts are doing. It would be nice if we could interact with our clients even if we are on the go. It makes us more efficient, and it allows us to close more deals.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We started using this program to enhance our relationships with other business partners and to get more engagements from the public. The more responses that we are getting from them, the better it is for our business. We appreciate all kinds of feedback because it allows us to turn problems into solutions. It enhances our communication and collaboration with our team members to work as one in all situations.
