Everything you need to promote customer engagement, marketing, and advertising is available on this platform. You can easily pull up relevant data to see how your content is doing and whether people like it. You can easily handle multiple social media platforms and receive real-time updates through your mobile phone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The platform is very efficient, so I have nothing terrible against Sprinklr. We get responses, we identify problems, and we provide solutions right on time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everyone on the team can work using the platform. It promotes team effort in solving issues raised in Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other accounts. We do damage control by making an effort to reach out to the customer on a personal level.
