PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate its crisp, clean design. I like its social reporting. In my personal opinion, most of today's social platforms are doing a terrible job in insight reporting. Before, I'd spend a number of hours downloading sheets from Twitter and Facebook. Now, I can do that and make engagement reports for clients in under a minute!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping we can easily managed ads from Sprout itself. I'd go back and forth debating about Sprout's pricing. Although in the end, they're worth going for. I'm currently running a small business. So it's expected for folks like me to be a bit watchful with what I spend.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our job is to assist small businesses in their marketing. We're able to help them in both money and time. Our approach isn't like that of other agencies. We cultivate true relationships with clients. Our marketing packages are never canned.
