A recommended platform for those running multiple social channels.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Being able to schedule updates on more than one platform from a number of people simultaneously. Viewing and responding to messages for keywords, hashtags, and numerous accounts. The Sprout browser extension has made it a breeze to sharing links from any online page to your social platforms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, Sprout would automatically sign me out (for no apparent reason). I'd have manually sign back in. Worse, whatever I was doing before it signed me out would lead me to lose everything. Tagging people within Facebook is useless with Sprout's extension. Sprout is far too costly for use in small businesses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having the ability to schedule marketing e-mails and sharing blog posts from more than one account. Being able to retain our messages that have been passed around by means of seeing what's being tweeted and then re-tweeting them. Seeng Twitter and Facebook messages and responding right back or e-mailing them to a partner/colleague so they can answer back. It saved us plenty of time. Plus, more messages are sent out.
