What are the best aspects of this product?
Sprout's customer support is one of the best out there. People I've worked with nearby became my friends since we've collaborated in ensuring that I'm knowledgeable of everything in Sprout. They even made sure I'm making the most of the platform. They went further by sending me SproutSocial onesie when I mentioned of me being offline for sometime since I was pregnant. Sprout is an all-in-one social program for analytics, side-by-side competitor comparison, and management.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If there's ever that thing that I was hoping they'd fulfill so I wouldn't have to resort to other platforms, it'd be their contest functionality. Currently, I'm running another third party platform to put out contests in one of my social channels. It'd be a great benefit if Sprout offered something like it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I'm carrying out social listening via Sprout. This helped me seek followers and other people who mention stuff about me and my books. They include potential followers or those who have yet to follow me. It helped me run things efficiently in terms of Twitter responses and Facebook comments. All this in one place!
