What are the best aspects of this product?

SproutSocial allows me to post on different platforms by using the Queue button. This is smart software and knows when to post the contents and the more active your followers are the better the algorithm. The product provides you with endless innovations. I love the ability to tag business pages into my posts. This feature is amazing. I have been using this product for 3 years and it has really improved and helped me to improve my business as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish I could leave some posts in the daily queue. To be more precise, I can hardly schedule upcoming posts. But on the other hand, this feature is very helpful and effective for keeping track of my posts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to manage even 15 different social accounts, and I can post the contents for each client separately. I don’t need to login into 15 different places.
