PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Sprout Social for years, they improved their whole system, it’s much faster, and they always implement new features. They keep up with the technology. My team can manage the messages and they can respond to the clients more professionally, and on the other side I am allowed to monitor all their progress by using smart inbox graph and reporting tools. It’s great and very useful thing to know who did what.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see some new features that would make monitoring smart inbox much faster, also I would like to have an option to hide blocked accounts. Also, they need to work on some bugs, the large export doesn’t load sometimes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I need to say that the greatest thing with Sprout Social is that two team members can work within the system. We are able to see all interactions and hundreds of tweets each day. We are able to get rid of spammers, we can format and create graphs by day/week/month. We have different access for different user.
