What are the best aspects of this product?
I love its simplicity, and this helps me to be more focused on my work and what needs to be done and by whom. We use the SmartInbox feature to keep track of all interactions and engagements. It doesn’t matter whether we are a team of 2 or 2000, we are all allowed to keep track of our work and progress. Sprout Social offers great scheduling features so we can easily manage outgoing messages. We can even set permissions so we can help other members to practice sharing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be complex during live event management, it can be cluttered during the event. Other social management platforms offer great workflow.
