What are the best aspects of this product?

In smartinbox you get all the activity your pages receive, this is especially helpful because the interaction with the followers are much simpler. Sprout Social provides you with great feature with the calendar layout so you can review posts and you get full picture of the times when you post your content. Also, the report feature is wonderful, this feature is easy to use and very intuitive. This is great tool to improve your management strategies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need an option to schedule photos into specific albums, an option to preview the post before I release it. These are the things I miss in Sprout Social.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don’t need to waste time on transferring from one platform to another for scheduling posts on facebook and twitter. This software helps us to improve the responding time to our customers and followers in easiest way. We are able to recall past conversations with our followers.
