I have a website for Golf. And this platform allows me to see when my followers are active and tweeting about specific articles we are publishing. We are able to see who wants to reach us and what they want to know about us and our contents. We can connect with our audience more effectively. SproutSocial has taught me about the interaction with my readers and how important this interaction is.
