What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the ability to manage interactions with my audience in one social inbox. Also, the good thing about using this system is that you get powerful recommendations on who you should be connecting with, who you should engage with conversation, who you have effective interaction with and with who you haven’t had meaningful interaction with. When I started using the Sprout Social I finally understood how to be better with my target audience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I like to see integrations with Instagram and Pinterest. Also I’d love to see an improvement in integration with Linedln. To be more specific, I would like to have tools to monitor the connections on my Linkedln, to view more profiles and manage endorsements.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Everything is in one place. I can use the social scheduling for myself and my clients, and this can be very effective. Sprout Social helps me to complete my social tasks effortlessly and in less time.
