The "Smart Inbox" allows for convenient management of more than one channel. For those who are managing critical social platforms, it's a perfect functionality. Their mobile app is exceptional. As management of social media is round-the-clock, doing all this in a web app is big. Doing them on-the-go is even better!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Visually, reporting is fantastic. Thing is, it barely scratches the surface. We had to opt for another tool to give us comprehensive analysis to our biggers clients. Social listening intended for Twitter also comes with a costly "Team" plan.

We work as an agency. That means, efficiency is critical to everything that we do. The scheduling functionality from Sprout is top notch and their UI is highly intuitive. Its mobile app ensures simple management of social channels. It's even easier when doing them on-the-go.
