What are the best aspects of this product?

SproutSocial is one of the best in the market today. Great and intuitive interface to perform daily tasks when it comes to social media management. You can do all the tasks required for management such as: listening, posting, engaging, responding and content creation. This SMM platform provides you with all functionalities you need. Great integrations, easy to set up various accounts, awesome listening tools and much more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The feeds functions can be buggy. Also, sometimes I’m logged out in the middle of creating content and messages. They need to improve the reporting tool, it’s not as flexible as it should be. I can’t use the reports from an analytics.

Sprout Social helps in social media activities- reporting, posting, engaging, content creating and listening. With this tool we are more productive in social media world, and this helps us to improve our campaigns.
