Sprout Social does a tremendous job in streamlining social channel workflows. This facilitates in engagement and discussions within the community. Regardless if it's a single person or a team, Sprout is great in collaborative efforts. It functions efficiently in single-stream capabilities. If you're in need of a big picture for a client's social accounts, Sprout has your back.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Currently, there's nothing in particular that I hate. Maybe the time it takes to get around from novice to expert user entails a bit of work. Thing is, I feel it's a required step in acquiring efficiency and be skilled in managing social media and coming up with a strategy.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to Sprout, we're able to resolve issues to facilitate efficient management of social media and content delivery; and streamlining engagement within the community. Workflow times and content strategy decreased dramatically. Management capabilities for social media community increased rapidly since using Sprout.
