What are the best aspects of this product?

What I want to say about sprout social is that the product is highly functional and customizable. I have full control on who has an access to accounts and who can see the posts and contents. I have used other social media products like HootSuite and Buffer and I can say that these options are very difficult. This product offers great reporting and metric tools and provides data so we can improve our social impact.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quoted tweets are not fully supported, for e.g. if someone quotes my tweet it cannot be added to my total reach. It would be great if they can improve the speed of switching accounts to the Sprout mobile app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sproutsocial helps us to find the right keywords and hashtags. We use the search feature to find new leads and potential clients. We use this platform in different ways. We use it to manage social media and to share contents for my own website and we use it to manage other social media accounts.
