What are the best aspects of this product?
Its UI is so easy to learn. It can streamline the monitoring process of a wide range of accounts in numerous platforms. The UI has everything you want so you won't miss out on re-tweets, messages, or other interaction. The way reports are set up makes it easier to comprehend what's going on in social accounts for every site(s) as a whole.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's a bit of a learning curve at first. But I wind up getting lost in viewing a profile or seeking for an interaction. It may appear like things can be done in one click. Instead, it's a menu and clicking on profiles can then be made.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Improving student/potential student interaction. That way, it would reassure them that the admin is one message away. Sprout enhanced our capability interacting with students. Doing so entails a sense of belonging between the admin and its students.
