PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sprout is great tool for managing the interactions with the clients. You are able to keep track of all conversations, and this is very helpful for tracking new opportunities. SmartInbox is great feature, it’s all about keywords. The community manager tool helps you to keep your inbox clean. There is a great analytic feature as well. We can keep track of opportunities thanks to tasks modules. Also, I love the ability to use timeline in a certain week or data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to work on some improvements, but these are not dislikes, just a set of recommendations:

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

it would be great if they can implement geo-search option, they could work more on the scheduling messages and on the sync of completed messages between mobile app and web.
