What are the best aspects of this product?

Our customers are at ease with using Square Appointments because of the familiarity of the Square family of products. They also like to use it because it is intuitive and does not require in-depth technical knowledge. And if ever problems arise, the Square customer service team is prompt in resolving them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no problems regarding the app, really, though I wish Square Appointments receives regular enhancements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Square Appointments, our team is more organized and can better keep up with our meetings and customer bookings. It has enabled each member of our team to connect better with each other as well as communicate with clients seamlessly. As such, our small business is becoming competitive.
