What are the best aspects of this product?

The easy-to-use platform is the best feature of the app because it makes appointment booking faster!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The one thing I do not like about Square Appointments is that I can only add one employee to a service. For example, if I have a couple coming in for a massage together, I cannot appoint two available workers for the task!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Square Appointments has opened up more work opportunities for us! It has also allowed me to book appointments when I am at home or on the move and clients themselves can reserve a time whenever they want. Moreover, the app has the ability to track all activities so it's seamless to connect with clients now. It has also saved us from a lot of no-shows by regularly reminding our clients about their appointments.
