What are the best aspects of this product?
At first, I was cynical about the tool because I might lose control over my scheduling. Square proved me wrong because it allows people to book a service or a host of services online and lets me know about it immediately. This way, I can decide to accept or reject the appointment without further ado. It's also brilliant because I can protect my business from no-shows by implementing a no-show policy. This means that clients have to input their credit card details (not visible to me) so that they are charged automatically in case they do not show up for their appointments.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is a hassle that Square does not accept multiple bookings for a single client. I have weekly recurring clients and it would be a boon if Square could just make the appointments automatically or at least allow multiple reservations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Square, I can work with clients while accepting appointments from other clients.
