What are the best aspects of this product?
There are so many things I like about Square Appointments but the one that stands out is its ability to show clients our calendar and to let them book their appointments online. It is also helpful that it can send automatic alerts that we can configure for each customer. I also enjoy how Square Appointments lets me manage my schedule from a computer or phone. Additionally, I like how the app is fully configurable and is easily integrated with my website. Because of these things, I feel like I have a receptionist I can count on!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice if I can easily identify my active clients from my inactive customers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being the lone operator of a salon, I am not always available to answer calls. That is why Square is a great addition. With it, clients can check my schedule and book a time that they like and make changes if necessary. This has reduced the time I spend with a phone drastically, giving me more time to catch up with new or prospective customers. Apart from these things, I am benefiting greatly from the automated confirmations and the other host of features available on the app.
