What are the best aspects of this product?
Square helps me a lot in scheduling appointments with clients. The process is easy because it takes only a few clicks. What is wonderful about Square is that it also serves notifications and alerts to clients so that they don't forget their appointments. Additionally, we find it advantageous that we can show empty slots to clients so that they can choose a time that is most convenient for them. This prevents lengthy phone calls and lets us save a lot of time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of Square's features have limited customization. If the app's designers can do something about this, it would be awesome since I could have my own working procedure instead of adapting to the tool. I also do not like how there are a ton of features that I cannot figure out how to use. I have scoured the web for information but I have come up empty. If Square can remedy this, clients like me would be happier.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The scheduling system of our restaurant is all the better with Square. We can now control bookings and view specifics about them, allowing us to provide the best service to our clientele.
