What are the best aspects of this product?

Now I can say that I offer my customers, not just the best items in the market but also peace of mind. They no longer have to carry around wads of cash to do their shopping. All they have to do is to transfer money from their phone to our system and that’s it, they go home with their items on hand and we have just successfully done our business. And that is what Square offers: convenience and peace of mind, not just to the business owners but also to their clients. I can even send invoices through Square. It really is a tool built for convenience!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Square takes home quite the cut from my sales though. The transfer and processing rates can be quite steep.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Square has eliminated the manual work as well as the guesswork when it comes to processing sales and generating reports for my business. It has been so easy to receive payment, send out payment and/or invoices, and even gain insight for my business through reports.
