What are the best aspects of this product?

Paying in cash is starting to be a thing of the past now, and Square has helped me keep up with this new trend. Not only has it allowed me to conduct transactions online—whether via phone or my PC—but it has also helped me track my business’ growth through reports. Maintaining payroll and managing inventory is now so much easier with it in use too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Square has done a great deal for my business. Although you’d have to pay a rate for its more premium features, I’d say that it's worth the investment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Where do I begin? From payment to payroll—Square has solved a lot of my worries when it comes to manual managing and processing of these things. I would recommend this for everyone who wants to automate and back-up important aspects of their business.
