What are the best aspects of this product?

I chose to subscribe to Square because this platform is known for being user friendly, unlike others. There is no need for me to hire people to create websites because I can do it by myself. Thanks to the endless template options, logos, and designs that I can choose from. I can also link other 3rd party platforms into my site so visitors can have the best surfing experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am looking forward that they could tweak some of their existing features for a more satisfactory user experience. From a client standpoint, I can say that there is an area of improvement in terms of website customization. Also, it can't restore pages, which is somehow disappointing. Automation would be a great idea, so users would no longer have to do certain tasks manually, which creates bigger margins of error.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Choosing to stick with Square as my site builder is one of the wisest decision ever made. It is very easy on the pocket and gives you essential results. If you can't afford to pay, then you have the option to choose the free version for the meantime. You can increase your site ranking through SEO, plus you have the freehand to design your site the way you want it.
