What are the best aspects of this product?

What attracted me to use square is its affordable pricing, even for its higher plans. I like the fact that we can create a shopping tool that accepts several modes of payments that give us something to look forward to in terms of sales.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times that I travel, and I do my job out of the office. I would like to see how the site is doing now and then. The problem is that Square doesn't have any offline availability feature, which is a bit disappointing. Also, creating invoices for clients is quite challenging to work on. A little more help from Square is much appreciated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I enjoy using Square a lot because it serves as an income booster for my business. I no longer have to worry about struggling with sales because I can easily accept different payment methods from shoppers. Invoices are sent out on the same day, so everything is done systematically. I can say that Square well supports my website.
