What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to this tool, I'm capable of running a full-time travelling company. The mobile app isn't just great for catering to credit card payment, but I'm also capable of issuing e-receipts for both checks and cash. I'm able to log all of my sales in one medium.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had a hard time minimizing fees when charging directly to a card. It would be better to have transparency with customers and showing them the kind of fees I'll be charging. At the same time, I have no intention of including a convenience fee as an "item" within the shop I run.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm able to keep track of all revenue I have streaming in from various sources. If one of my teams is taking in payment, I get to see where they're doing it and when. As a travelling agency, this is critical for me. Now, we're able to quickly observe where our best sales are really happening.
