I love Square because it’s an amazing app that solves a lot of my business problems.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have been using Square for quite some time already. It helped us improve the physical aspect as well as the overall functionality of our business site. You can easily edit or make real-time changes on your website, like adding services or uploading new products on its respective shopping carts. It wasn't that difficult to promote our brand and remain competitive at the same time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven't encountered any major issues that we should be worried about. Square is a stable platform to work when building websites; however, its design options and built-in templates are quite lacking. I wanted to take my website to a whole new level, but with limited options, I can only do so much.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to sell our products the traditional way; unfortunately, our sales dropped due to steep competition. So we decided to venture into the world of online business. Setting up an online shop helps us increase our sales dramatically. Now we don't need to worry about filing for bankruptcy.
