What are the best aspects of this product?

Square is simple, intuitive and straight forward retail sales solution. With this tool we can easily upload and manage products. It provides options for charging, monitoring and reporting salers which is highly effective solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I started using Square as mobile retail tool for external sales purposes, it is great for this one but the problem is that desktop app can be updated and you can add some features on that app but you cannot have those features on mobile app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is great tool for retail purposes. Whenever some issues arise within the store Square helps us to continue the processing transactions and to maintain the flow of business.
