What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that I can connect it to multiple devices. It makes everything so much convenient. I like how it lets me scale an entirely different market since I'm not limited to handling things in cash. I like the simplicity in dealing with credit cards as well as my business!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like the charging aspect. But I'm standard to understand how it's essential for today's e-commerce. I hate the fact that it can get difficult to get used to swiping a card and keeping a steady hand of my iPad just to maintain contact with the card I'm holding. Obviously, it takes practice to get the hang of things.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm resolving a ton of business issues thanks to this nifty tool. One of the obvious things it did was taking in credit cards wherever I go. It's insanely convenient. I had no expectations of it resolving the issue on how and what to charge customers for the products/services I'm selling.
