What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that I can always opt to selling my own goods. The app can even be operate offline. This makes it convenient when travelling to certain places that lack adequate cell reception. At times, I do impromptu events. So, if it happens I can't have cash on hand, Square can make things happen so I won't have to lose out on ym current customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping there was some way to showcase to customers the fee charged for making use of the tool. I'm constantly explaining that the additional charges is in the form of a convenience fee. It would've been great to see such instance to itemized similar to taxes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm no longer second guessing if I'll be able to take in payment from customers. I can get rid of costs by offering e-receipts even if it involves cash-based purchases. Customers can also utilize such receipts so they can leave feedback. This can grealy help with my business credibility while building around my brand.
