What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to admit that my computer skills are very limited. I can use the basic application in my daily tasks, but anything more than that, then I am bound to struggle. When I was tasked to create and develop our website, I was scared. But thanks to Square because I was able to figure out things in just a short time. The support team guided me to complete the project successfully.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see the Square team develop a more advanced approach to promote their product. Some of its features don't stand out as compared to other site builders out there. They should work more on this aspect to remain competitive in today's industry.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Square makes a lot of people feel accomplished because most of them have no idea how to create a website from scratch. Using Square gave them the confidence to explore things that they haven't done before. Besides building a website for our company as well as external clients is a significant accomplishment.
