What are the best aspects of this product?
I chose to use Square because I got enticed with its affordability. I went for the free trial to see how it works, and I am happy with the output. If you are an SMB owner like me, you should think about developing your online platform to help boost your products and services. You can create your unique website using their built-in templates without the need to spend a fortune or hire a web designer to do things for you. From the free trial, I decided to get a subscription so I can enjoy its features and use it to boost my online shopping portals.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One of the major problems I've had with Square is its shipping and handling policies. I've got complaints from clients about hight rates and long wait times for their packages which are not good for the business. Account glitches happen every once in a while, maybe because of excessive online traffic. Been trying to address these issues to their CS team, but I do not see any improvements. Also, clients do not get to explore all the available features unless they decide to subscribe under a premium plan, which I find as unfair.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Web hosting has its perks, especially if you are driving online sales. I've seen my numbers increase exponentially for the past six months, which has never happened before. I like the layouts and templates that are being used because it helps highlight all the products that I am selling online.
