What are the best aspects of this product?

Being a small business owner can be very challenging. You need to do whatever it takes to thrive and survive the competition. I am grateful to Square for providing us everything that we need to build a fantastic website that would help our business grow. I didn't feel intimidated while using the app because everything is so easy to handle and comprehend. It's my first time using Square, and now I can say that I'm pretty knowledgeable and confident when it comes to building various websites for the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The templates found in Square are quite impressive, but sadly there isn't much that I can do with it except to drag and drop stuff, which is pretty kind of boring. I want to share and practice some of my graphic skills to improve the overall design and format of the site, but the thing is they have limited options only. I tried asking for assistance, but the support team is equally challenged as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I rely on my website primarily for my income-generating businesses. My job is to offer various services to people like hosting, public speaking, and novice entrepreneurs. I am glad that I can help so many people around me by using my skills and talents and still have the opportunity to earn a decent income each month. My clients are happy that their businesses are doing well by managing and monitoring their websites regularly.
