What are the best aspects of this product?

Square offers everything we need for our small business. And what I mean by everything are features like: Inventory management, Invoicing, POS, Cash management, Payroll and Time clocks, and online purchasing. It has lot of bells and whistles for even minimal entry cost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Most things are covered but there are few things that aren’t covered by the product’s functionality. The process of getting support for upgrading functions is slow and some what frustrating. Also, if you want to get every function so you can run your business successfully you have to pay huge amount of money.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pmy customer switched from Casio cash and terminal based credit card solution to this one. Square provides 95% tools that is needed for their business.
