There are lot of things that I like about Square, first of all I like the free basic credit card reader, electronic receipts that are texted, the automatic withdrawals, customizable receipts. Also, it offers free online store front among other offerings, and chip card reader.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some advanced services that this tool offers like online scheduling, email marketing and other tools but all these things are bit pricy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is great tool for receiving payments from my customers. Also, thanks to email and text receipts I can send digital receipt including final message and I can even customize to request feedback about their experience with my service.
