What are the best aspects of this product?

As far as I’m concerned, Square is by far one of the best, user-friendly, efficient merchant service provider I’ve ever workded with. The truth is that their rates are high than its competitors but the whole process of creti card processing is simple, accurate and fast. Everything about this system is clear, understandable and well organized. I like that I can track sales and transactions, it is easily accessible through every device and we can accept payments easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks phone support, and this is the only thing that I can “dislike” about this system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Square offers great marketing programs, and it has great analytics options.
