PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

A simple to learn and use, as well as incredibly adaptable. We were able to swiftly onboard and get the crew up and running without a lot of training. Their customer service and sales staff were also really helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn\\\\\\\'t anything to hate about this. They are there when we have problems and ensure that we have as little downtime as possible.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

First and foremost, I would strongly advise utilising squaretalk since it is user-friendly, simple to use, and can be accessed from any location.

Clients come from all around the world. We must maintain in touch with them and keep track of all of our data. When someone phones or contacts us, we must ensure that we are aware of their previous interactions with us. Squaretalk has shown to be really useful in this situation.
