What are the best aspects of this product?
Very easy to use and covers quite a bit of information useful for the scheduling of employees. It does deliver what it states
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is absolutely no customer service. I have encountered issues or need information and I have written via their online chat tool numerous (over 10 times) and have never had anything answered. Occasionally, in the middle of the night, someone will chat with you, not address the issue but say they will pass it on to the "team" but no one ever gets back to me.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Better customer support
More flexibility in adding/deleting schedules, employees and locations
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
No problems were ever resolved by this company, although I have requested several. For example, I requested access to copies of my invoices. During the chat function, I was told they would have the "team" send me copies of all my invoices (not that I needed them all) but that never happened and to this date, I have never received a copy.
