PROS: I think the outstanding feature is the reporting functions. The software offers many different reports to review sales and inventory. I use the system to create useful demand planning. The inventory feature is simple to work on and update. To sum up, Stitch Labs is a user-friendly platform that can perform a lot of useful tasks.
CONS: The only difficulty we faced is integrating Stitch Labs with Magento. To be fair, this could be because of a coding issue on our part and not due to a fault with the software. The support agents have been helpful in resolving all concerns.

PROS: I like that the user interface is simple and easy to navigate. You can quickly find basic info with a couple of clicks. However, the customer support could be improved. The agents are helpful, but they do not seem well versed about the requirements of the retail community.
CONS: Stitch Labs is adequate for simple reporting and inventory management. More advanced functions need customization for which you must pay extra. The software does not allow you to manipulate and create reports for your own needs. As mentioned earlier, the support agents need to become informed about the needs of retailers. When I ask for better functionality, they only make a note of my request.

PROS: I think the best part about Stitch Labs is it syncs smoothly with the different solutions we use. It integrates different currencies and can keep track of Amazon marketplace, multiple Shopifys, etc. We have remote employees and our accounting is based overseas, and Stitch fulfills our needs admirably.
CONS: Features that do not work include search, linking, and automation. To be fair, it is still a developing product. However, it is tough for us since our various fulfillment centers for orders find it difficult to handle their work.

PROS: I really love the inventory management feature. It offers real-time numbers from your inventory and the feature is easy to manage.
CONS: I have no complaints. You need to do a lot of work initially to upload everything, but it is worth it because the system offers so much data about your sales including monthly sales, top sellers, etc.

PROS: For me, the highlights of Stitch Labs are the great GUI, ease of use, smooth integrations, and a central system that you can use to manage all sales from multiple channels.
CONS: My only grouse is about the pricing. Apart from the two channels, there is a big jump in the price beyond that.

PROS: The UI is perfect and simple to explore. It is very simple to discover essential data wit just two ticks. The support staff is caring and responsive, however, they are not generally accustomed to the necessities of the retail group. They know the product well, yet they don't appear to understand why our organization has these requirements most of the time.
CONS: For basic stock administration and reporting, this product is satisfactory. More intricate operations either don't exist, or require customization that should be paid for. The capacity to control and make reports to suit your own particular needs does not exist at present. In spite of the fact that the staff is very friendly, they don't appear to be extremely tuned in to the requirements of retailers. I have frequently requested expanded functionality just to get a reaction of, "We don't have that feature presently. We will take note of your request."

PROS: Stitch Labs offers accurate info. If you do not have a P&L or accounting background, you may find it hard to use the app. The customer support could be improved as our contact does not seem to provide personal assistance. They have simply installed the product and moved on.
CONS: You need to be careful about the setup to get accurate info as this inventory software is not very intuitive. We could definitely make better integrations with our e-commerce solution, but it would need more investment and work for which we do not have the time and resources at the moment.
