What are the best aspects of this product?
Stripe is great products and has great offerings with full support for payment solutions. Customer’s credit card information is well secured and there is no problem if the merchant wants to switch to another provider. The data-export feature is free and it is great when choosing payment solution because I might get stuck with some changes in future and without option to migrate the financial data.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have complaints for their customer service, because there is no customer support over phone and they don’t even respond to e-mails immediately. I really needed their help but I couldn’t reach them. Its verification system and security algorithms are not as powerful as Paypal’s.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me to process the payments with this software for online marketplace that requires split payments between merchant and marketplace. I was searching for a tool that is easy to scale and can work on web and mobile platform. Stripe helps me to split the payments, accept them and the merchants don’t need to wait for the process.
