What are the best aspects of this product?
Stripe is user friendly and intuitive integration, its process is straightforward and it makes the process of accepting payment painless. We can easily manage cancellations and refunds and we have direct access to our customer account or transaction. The product has great mobile app and we use it for reporting. You can even try its demo version without requiring registration. The other wonderful thing about this product is the fact that accepts payments from almost every country. Its API is also key strength and very useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could insert more features into the mobile app. It happens when our customers can’t perform the payment through Stripe and we have to use PayPal as a backup. They need to resolve this issue. They could make the reasoning more understandable when some transactions don’t process.

We are able to charge our users for one-time payment and recurring payments and helps us to get the job done.
