What are the best aspects of this product?
Stripe is simple API for integrating system, we were able to connect our site to the API and start accepting payments from our customers, and that’s all in one day. It is simple to code, test and repeat everything when we have figured out. This product has simple interface and it was very easy to configure it with various currencies. Its admin portal is easy to use and it can be used by almost everyone there is no need for technical background. Also, it provides detailed log interface so you can change your account from both interface and web hooks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could improve the onboarding. At the beginning we thought that we have set up everything and then we have receive and e-mail requiring ID card. Also, the integration with Likedln doesn’t work and shows errors when entering address. All in all, the product works perfectly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Stripe we managed to reduce payment time from 40 days to within a week. We can offer credit card payment and we want to add ACH as well.
