PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Nothing, they don't give any docs for developers or marketers for how to deal with the API or any legal actions concerning the disputes and refunds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The main problem is they are not dominating their own business, because they are only partners of some banks, and their banks only give the total right to the buyer even if you getting scammed by your own buyers, you can send all the evidences you want, the buyer always wins.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They need to deal with all major credit cards, not only for 20 countries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Nothing was solved for me, they blocked my 2 Stripe Accounts for no reason. Nothing (your account balance will be placed on reserve for the next 90 days,) actually they don't have any reason to do that, I have 0 disputes, and 0 risky payments because of their RADAR feature which is useless if they handle the risk and get your account blocked after that.

I don't recommend you guys to risk your business with those guys until if you want your earnings get blocked for 90 days.

when a buy needs to pay something they get them outside my website, and that's something old and i don't want it anymore in my online businesses
