What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the ease of picking up and switching shifts. No need to send SMS and emails to a number of co-workers just to find someone who can cover my shift.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are glitches and sometimes it takes forever to load the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to manage my schedule at work with so much ease. Work schedule is already uploaded and can be accessed in the platform so there’s no need to check and browse my email every now and then just to find my work schedule.
